Does anyone know if you can use mouse and keyboard playing on Xbox for this game?

I love this mod, but I like to turn off the option to auto craft the items needed to make something more advanced. Feels more organic. Otherwise you basically just farm everything and hit a button without knowing what the recipes consist of.

God this game sucks so bad. Find a cure, ahhh ok where then nothing have no direction at all. When I get to this final camp nothing is said, so don't know if it glitched out or what cause was exploring and stumbled on it earlier before making cure. Now I get there no ingredients to make hallucinations no hey mia where are u just senseless running around.

I did this map with just the roof lasers and blockade on 1 the stars. they could not make it top due walking through laser hell.

Protect the first settlement at all costs!!!

The 'force early harvest' button is your friend! Farmers won't harvest anything outside of the harvest months otherwise. Also you need to get more families and place them all into one farmhouse until it's full and plant much bigger fields. Then in winter take them all out of the farm, except maybe one family, and then they can be the transporters and builders etc. But forcing early harvest on 2 fields every year means they are also plowed and sowed early too so it becomes a good productive cycle to get into. I have 7 large fields of about 1.7 Morgans and force early harvest on the two biggest of wheat and have enough bread for the largest sized settlement. Also make large back yards so families can have large veggie plots and smaller back yards for chickens etc as these food sources really help.

I always find it a bit of a shame that the developer puts so much effort into the graphics for a zoomed in game experience and I just end up playing it zoomed out to keep an overview of the whole map.

hey cougar, you might wanna check nightingale. it is noy survival, but it has a building mode that might be up your alley.

Always make the copper axe. It costs 1 copper ingot and dismantles into 1 copper ingot, so you never lose the metal resources. Same goes for the iron axe when you can craft it. Axes are the only tools that do this.
